The Luohu district government recently linked its administrative affairs service system with its Zhongkai counterpart in Huizhou of Guangdong province.
This regional cooperation on administrative affairs services aims to make it more convenient for individuals and enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to handle administrative affairs as part of the effort to promote integrated development of the region.
Through linking their database and service systems, the governments of Luohu and Zhongkai can save more time and energy for those seeking government services.
The cooperation is carried out in both online and offline forms. People can access the Greater Bay Area government services via their government websites and other platforms built under the framework of the Guangdong administrative services network.
In the administrative services halls of the two districts, there are special desks offering "Greater Bay Area services", on which 5G video services are offered for people handling affairs about Luohu in Zhongkai and vice versa.
At present, through the online and offline Greater Bay Area services channels operated by the Luohu district government, individuals and enterprises in Luohu can handle 32 kinds of administrative affairs related to Huizhou that involve seven government departments, including business and foreign trade operational record registration.
People in Zhongkai can now process 60 categories of administrative affairs related to Luohu involving 11 government departments in Luohu.
The Luohu district government said it will engage in similar cooperation projects with more local governments in the Greater Bay Area.
