The Luohu Tax Bureau used its official website, WeChat account, and other digital platforms to explain the policy. It also took the initiative to screen a list of eligible enterprises and contact them to see whether they would like to postpone their payment of relevant taxes and fees. 

Some enterprises, in dire need of liquidity, appreciated that the bureau could take the initiative to contact them to recommend the policy providing them with timely support.

After analyzing the data, the bureau can quickly screen out eligible enterprises for specific supportive policies and contact the companies without delay.
