Luohu lawmakers vow to promote rule of law and good governance
Zhou Yichuan, director of the Standing Committee of the Luohu People’s Congress, delivered a work report at the annual gathering of the district’s top legislature on April 19, detailing how Luohu lawmakers have vowed to contribute to the district’s high-quality development.
Over the past year, Luohu’s top legislature has processed 122 suggestions submitted by lawmakers, deliberated and reviewed 96 proposals, made 25 resolutions and decisions, reviewed 39 work reports, carried out three examinations of law enforcement, and organized 50 fact-finding investigations.
It is fair to say that the Luohu People’s Congress has made positive contributions to the district’s socioeconomic development and the rule of law.
This year, the Luohu People’s Congress would continue to fulfill its part to contribute to the district’s high-quality development by promoting the rule of law and good governance in the district.
