Luohu rolls out bailout packs to fuel recovery
The Luohu district government released a basket of pro-business policies on March 24 to help enterprises weather the difficulties caused by the latest resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the policies, the government provides relief support such as rent reduction and exemption, tax and fee reductions for affected enterprises and individual businesses; the government will take concrete measures to create jobs, boost consumption, and help enterprises reduce financing and operating costs; the government will also encourage financial agencies and government departments to take the initiative to serve the needy enterprises and businesses.
It is estimated that thesepolicies will benefit more than 7,000 enterprises and individual businesses in the jurisdiction of Luohu, as well as more than 200,000 residents.
The district government has opened hotlines and online platforms to facilitate the implementation of the policies, hoping that all of the measures can be carried out promptly to help promote the recovery of the economy at an early date.
