Construction workers put in closed-loop management in Luohu
Luohu has taken the initiative to carry out precise virus control protocols to balance virus protection and promote economic growth at a minimal cost to people’s livelihoods and normal socioeconomic activities.
At the construction site of an office building in Huangbei of Luohu, all 229 workers were required to conduct nucleic acid tests in a sampling station. The Huangbei sub-district office organized some volunteers and community workers to do the sampling job.
Ding Zhenyuan, a civil servant of the Luohu cultural hall, said: “We sampled them on the construction site to make the procedure more convenient for them and form a closed-loop management model.”
He said this move was also to urge the person in charge of the construction project to strictly carry out all COVID-19 prevention and control measures and follow all necessary virus control protocols.
Chen Jianfei, the project manager, said that under the prerequisite of work safety, the company conducts centralized management of the workers who work and live in a closed-loop management model. He added that all workers must take nucleic acid tests.
