Luohu teachers role models in fight against COVID-19
About 11,700 volunteers, including about 5,200 teachers, have worked on the frontline during the fight against the novel coronavirus in Luohu over the past three months.
After the Luohu education bureau issued an urgent notice calling for helping hands for epidemic prevention and control work in the district, 1,893 teachers and civil servants volunteered to help on the first day.
The teachers and civil servants went to work in 81 neighborhoods in the jurisdictions of 10 sub-district offices.
The volunteers worked to screen big data screeners, check health codes, administer nucleic acid tests, and deliver food and life necessities.
The Luohu education bureau pays high tribute to these volunteers for their cooperation, dedication, and hard work, praising how they have set a good example for the whole of society.
