Vigilance still urged after last two medium-risk areas downgraded
The No.58 building and No.64 building of the Hewei village in the jurisdiction of the Qingshuihe sub-district office of Luohu were downgraded from medium-risk zones to low-risk zones on midnight of Jan. 26. This means that now the whole of Shenzhen is a low-risk area.
The epidemic prevention and control experts pointed out that does not represent the city has no risks, and the citizens should continue to keep their vigilance to the virus and take all necessary epidemic prevention and control measures, such as wearing face masks, frequently washing hands, and disinfecting their living and working environment and maintaining social distancing.
Public health experts urge people to take the initiative to monitor the health of themselves and their family members, refrain from traveling to medium-high risk areas unless necessary, and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in the city.
