Luohu tightens epidemic prevention and control measures
The office of the Luohu COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters issued its first notice this year on Jan. 10.
The following are excerpts of the notice, according to which Luohu will strictly carry out the epidemic prevention and control measures in all kinds of venues and try to eliminate the potential risks and hidden dangers of the society under the threat of the novel coronavirus.
All office buildings and neighborhoods should have personnel on duty in their exit and entrance around the clock to take the temperature of the visitors and check their health code. And for inbound visitors from out of Shenzhen they should carry a negative test result certificate of COVID-19 nucleic acid test issued within the previous 48 hours.
No express delivery couriers and mail carriers are allowed to enter the neighborhoods. Instead, they should implement contactless pack distribution, transfer and deposit at the entrance and exit of the communities, where the property management companies should regularly disinfect the temporary storage area and shelves.
Areas under lockdown must ban dine-in in restaurants altogether. In addition, commercial catering establishments should implement temperature measuring and health code checking, limit the number of diners (50% of the maximum reception capacity at most), reduce gatherings, and prioritize self-service pick-up and take-out ordering methods.
All unit canteens (including government agencies, institutions, schools, factories, construction sites, enterprises, etc.) should strictly implement body temperature measurement at the entrance, and dining time should be arranged appropriately to avoid crowding. And if conditions permit, table partition facilities should be set up.
All confined cultural and sports entertainment venues (sauna, massage, pedicure, spa, beauty, tea house, chess, and card room, mahjong hall, Internet cafe, bar, KTV, theater, cinema, gym, board game room, gymnasium, swimming pools, etc.) across the Luohu district should suspend their operation for one week starting from the issuance of this notice.
Student and child care institutions and offline education and training institutions in the district should suspend operation for one week starting from the issuance of the notice.
Agricultural produce markets, pharmacies, wholesale markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, and other critical places in the district should strictly implement the epidemic as mentioned above prevention and control measures and require their staff and customers to maintain 1-meter social distancing.
The whole district should strictly limit the number and scale of conferences, events, forums, training, performances, exhibitions, exhibitions and sales promotion, and other gathering activities and suspend the holding of large-scale gathering activities.
Residents should avoid unnecessary trips and gatherings. In addition, the people should cooperate with nucleic acid tests and vaccination projects organized by the authorities. At the same time, the people should pay more attention to self-health monitoring.
People should pay more attention to personal hygiene and health protection, consciously abide by the control requirements while taking public transportation. People are encouraged to wear a face mask, wash hands frequently, maintain social distancing, ventilate the room, and frequently disinfect the living environment.
