Luohu disciplinary watchdog and tax bureau realize win-win cooperation
The Luohu Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Luohu Tax Bureau has strengthened their cooperation to ensure effective performance of duties of both sides.
The Luohu Tax Bureau has created a comprehensive supervisory model featuring the collaboration of external observers and tax supervisors. It has invited tax inspectors and enterprise representatives to visit its standardized and digitalized tax-related work-flow, and offer relevant suggestions. It also checks the services provided to the people to avoid corruption.
The Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Tax Bureau in Luohu founded an online-and-offline work liaison and collaboration mechanism to address challenges emerging in their work. This mechanism has helped the Bureau better abide by disciplines and improved the Commission’s ability to handle tax-related cases.
The two sides also cooperate in discipline education activities. The Commission invited some tax officers to join its instructors’ team to expound tax-related cases more clearly.
At the same time, the Tax Bureau has conducted Party disciplinary education activities many times to urge the tax officers to be honest with the power in their hands.
The discipline inspectors with the Luohu Tax Bureau said that working together with the Commission has not only upgraded their supervisory capabilities, but also enhanced the awareness of building a clean governance among the staff in the tax system.
Officials with the Commission said the two sides would further their cooperation for more practical outcomes.
