Luohu is building more government affairs service stations in neighborhoods
Luohu is going to build more government affairs service terminals in neighborhoods so that the people can handle affairs conveniently nearer to their homes, the district government said.
The district has already built eight government affairs service stations in business buildings, industrial parks, and subway stations, which provide around-the-clock services for the people.
Via terminals, users can access 20 kinds of services related to a total of 179 government affairs in the fields of public security, social security, and fixed assets, among others. At present, one station provides more than 1,000 services every day on average.
To inform the people about the government affairs service, the sub-district offices of Luohu have carried out a variety of publicity campaigns to encourage people to use the smart terminals, so that the overall work efficiency of the government system can be further improved.
According to the Luohu government affairs services and data administrative bureau, all of the 10 sub-district offices of Luohu are making great efforts to advance the “Internet+ government affairs services” project and take full advantage of big data and information technologies to serve the people and enhance government work efficiency.
