At the 12309 service center, Luo urged the procuratorate to speed up informatization and build the center into a new focal point of procuratorate work that was efficient, open and transparent and delivered convenient and quality services to the people.
At the end of the inspection, Luo stressed that major problems hindering law enforcement and judicial justice should be solved systematically. "We should improve our work through addressing issues with which people are most dissatisfied and continuously improve their sense of gain, happiness and safety."
He also called for the procuratorate staff to learn from role models in the field and contribute to the building of an all-inclusive Luohu.
