Luohu has its role to play in No.1 Central Document
"The government should support the construction of safe and reliable gasholders and the micro-network gas supply system in the rural area." That's how the No. 1 Central Document issued on Feb. 21 describes the government's work regarding the construction of a modern gas system in the countryside.
The micro-network gas supply technology was created by China Gas, one of the largest cross-region energy supply service providers in the country. The corporation's global headquarters is in Luohu, with more than 50 million household customers nationwide.
The corporation and Luohu district government have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to seek common development.
By providing China Gas a favorable business and pro-innovation environment, Luohu is actually indirectly contributing to the vitalization of the rural areas, a target of the No. 1 Central Document this year.
The micro-network gas supply system, if well constructed and managed, can guarantee residents of the vast rural regions of the country have access to clean energy, which will be a revolutionary change in the countryside as the household gas tank will be a thing of the past.
The global headquarters of China Gas is located in the Hongling Emerging Financial Industrial Belt of Luohu. Its overall construction area is about 55,000 square meters, and the construction of the building is scheduled to be finished before the end of the year.
Currently, China Gas has business operations in logistics, electrical equipment, e-commerce and engineering construction based in the district.
