New archives center opens in Luohu

On July 6, Luohu opened its new archives center.
The new center is located on the 7-12th floors of the Luohu archives management center tower.

The Luohu district government hopes the new center will become a modernized archives center that encompasses functions of patriotic education base, archives protection base, archives utilization service center, government information disclosure center, and e-file management center.
The new center aims at realizing smart management and services. There are 12 archives storage rooms featuring a constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system.

It also launched an online digital archive system. Users can look up files and public information disclosed by the government using eight computers in the service hall.
The new archives center also has a demonstration hall using advanced information technology to present Luohu’s history, particularly as the frontline of reform and opening-up of Shenzhen.
