Luohu opens its digitalized administrative service hall on July 6. The district government also held its biweekly news conference devoted to using the digital government services offered by the hall on the sidelines of its opening ceremony.
Liu Jiachen, chief of the Shenzhen Government Affairs Data Administration, Luohu Party chief Luo Yude, Luohu government head Liu Zhiyong, and officials from relevant departments of the district government, and executives of relevant companies took part in both events.
As a pioneer of reform and opening-up in Shenzhen, Luohu has always prioritized the construction of digital government and creation of a smart city, using the Internet to better serve the people, and improve the local business environment. The new administrative service hall is a crystallization of these efforts.
Liu Chuwen, chief of the Luohu Government Affairs Data Administrative Bureau, said the new hall provides a single station for all services to residents and business owners.
Thanks to the use of big data and relevant information technology, its high operation efficiency meant a saving in time and energy for both the government and the people.
Notably, the new hall is part of 5G net coverage, ensuring faster data transmission.
Liu Zhiyong said the government attached great importance to the upgrading of the service hall, as it is directly related to people’s livelihood, and can also prompt the whole government to grasp the opportunities brought about by advanced information technology to modernize governing capacity and achieve systemic improvements.
