Luohu launches first low-altitude economy industrial park

On Dec. 30, the GDH City Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park, Luohu's inaugural building dedicated to the low-altitude economy, was officially inaugurated. The event also marked the activation of the GDH Land Business Helipad, with its first successful flight.
Situated within the GDH Land Building, a 300-meter-tall skyscraper, the industrial park integrates cutting-edge infrastructure to advance low-altitude economy services. The rooftop helipad, managed in partnership with CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd. (COHC), offers low-altitude business charter flights and cultural tourism sightseeing routes. These initiatives aim to drive the integration of Luohu's culture, business, and tourism sectors.
The industrial park features superior accessibility and amenities, including a boutique business hotel, staff canteen, shared office spaces, meeting rooms, event venues, and incubation areas for startups. Approximately 30,000 square meters spanning the 31st to 40th floors are dedicated to the low-altitude economy's entire industrial chain. This space is tailored to attract enterprises in core component manufacturing, equipment display and sales, and education and training.
Since last year, Luohu has made notable advancements in the low-altitude economy. The district has established 18 new routes covering cultural tourism and productive logistics, constructed 46 takeoff and landing points, and attracted 114 companies across the sector.
