Luohu showcases SMEs at the 19th CISMEF in Guangzhou
On November 15, the 19th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) opened in Guangzhou. Shenzhen's Luohu District organized a delegation of businesses to participate, showcasing industrial strengths, fostering technological exchanges, exploring development opportunities, and expanding overseas markets, injecting new vitality into the growth of local SMEs.
This year's CISMEF features eight exhibition halls, encompassing themed exhibitions, professional showcases, supporting events, and the online fair. Over 30 countries and regions are represented, alongside top-tier SMEs from across China, including "Little Giant" enterprises, manufacturing champions, and distinctive industrial clusters. Exhibitors are presenting cutting-edge products and services across fields like high-end equipment, biomedicine, new energy, and advanced materials.
A series of events, such as SME digital transformation activities, tech matchmaking sessions, large-medium-small enterprise cooperation forums, international business promotions, livestreams, and product launches, are deepening collaboration and innovation among SMEs.
"Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" enterprises remain a focal point of CISMEF. This year’s specialized exhibition zones are divided into four categories: traditional, advantageous, emerging, and future industries. These zones highlight the latest achievements of SMEs, encouraging more businesses to pursue this developmental path. The fair includes 1,177 exhibitors occupying 1,363 booths, featuring 436 "Little Giant" enterprises, 858 provincial-level specialized SMEs, and 62 national manufacturing champions.
To support Luohu SMEs in "going global," the district set up a dedicated booth showcasing its industrial strengths, investment appeal, and development plans. Participating enterprises were also encouraged to join livestreams and product launches, gaining market exposure and advancing technical collaboration.
At the fair, the Shenzhen SME Service Bureau and the Luohu Enterprise Service Center jointly hosted a promotional event. This initiative supports specialized enterprises in finding new opportunities in global markets while highlighting Luohu's business-friendly environment. The event aims to attract high-quality projects and investments to Shenzhen and Luohu, fostering further economic growth.
