The Shenzhen Software and AI High-Quality Development Conference was recently held in Beijing, where Shenzhen introduced its top 10 AI clusters, including the Luohu Qingshuihe AI Cluster.
These clusters are strategically based on specific geographic areas, with software industrial parks serving as the primary platforms. They are supported by robust computational network infrastructure, research institutions, public service platforms, and higher education institutions, all aimed at fostering the coordinated and concentrated development of both the software and AI industries.
The Luohu Qingshuihe AI Cluster is anchored by the Qingshuihe Headquarters New City and the Digital Economy Headquarters Economic Cluster. Leveraging the Luohu Investment Holdings Software Industrial Park as a primary platform, the cluster aspires to create a dynamic AI industry hub, integrating headquarters bases, research and development incubation, and industrial clusters.
In 2023, China's software industry revenue surpassed 12 trillion yuan. In recent years, Luohu has prioritized the development of key industry clusters, including software information and AI. The district has successfully attracted leading software companies like iSoftStone and China Motion Telecom, as well as AI firms such as Shenzhen Xinghuo Electronics Engineering and EPS Smart Healthcare Technology. Last year, Luohu introduced several measures to support the growth of its software information and AI industries, offering comprehensive support to these sectors.
