Recently, the Virtual Park Party Committee of Caiwuwei Business District in Guiyuan Street, Luohu Distric were established, aiming to promote smart business circles and build smart services platforms.

This initiative includes the commercial complexes and upstream and downstream enterprises within its jurisdiction in the Caiwuwei Business District Virtual Park, establishing the Virtual Park Party Committee to strengthen the park's party organization comprehensively, integrate various service forces for enterprises, and promote the quality and upgrade of the Caiwuwei International High-end Consumption Street.

The Virtual Park Party Committee of Caiwuwei Business District will help the virtual park fully unleash its vitality and support the high-quality development of enterprises and merchants through the four integration services: integrating markets, consumption, services, and funds.

Online, the Caiwuwei Business District Virtual Park will build a service platform relying on the "Luo i Qi" mini-program, linking upstream and downstream resources of commercial enterprises according to the consumption attributes of the business district, establishing three lists of needs, projects, and resources to make key resources instantly accessible.

Offline, the Caiwuwei Business District Virtual Park will integrate the functions of investment promotion, enterprise services, and talent services into the "MixC Station," making it a front-line hub for benefiting and facilitating enterprises. Additionally, a sub-center of the Luohu District Government Service Hall will be established, promoting the comprehensive delegation of services from industry departments. At the event, Dr. Zhao Shenghui, a finance Ph.D. from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and director of the China Development Institute (Shenzhen), delivered an excellent keynote speech on "The Iterative Upgrade of Caiwuwei Business District." He, along with representatives from Shenzhen MixC, KK Mall, Shenzhen Wenheyou, and Diwang Star Plaza, had an in-depth discussion on linked consumption, differentiated competition, and the integration of diverse business formats.
