Luohu held a meeting to outline the strategies for promoting high-quality development in the service sector.

The meeting detailed the implementation plan for the district. Fan Defan, secretary of the Luohu District Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), emphasized the establishment of the "1+N+X" service industry development system, where "1" refers to the three three-year action plans of "Three Strengths and Three Zone", "N" refers to the implementation plans for several subdivided industries that the district focuses on, and "X" refers to supporting policies for the industry.
