Huang said that Guozhonglian Group relocated its headquarters to Luohu in 2021, receiving prompt assistance from local authorities in addressing the housing concerns of its employees.
Huang advocated for the sustainable development of Luohu, highlighting the district's strengths in the gold and jewelry industries. She proposed various strategies for enhancing these industries through platforms, taxation and customs clearance.
Furthermore, Huang underscored that the Luohu government is actively attracting headquarters, platforms and high-traffic enterprises to its Qingshuihe area, with the aim of establishing a business area for headquarters, fostering strategic emerging industries and propelling the "Three Strengths and Three Zones" for local development.
