Zuo Jinping, deputy secretary of the CPC Luohu District Committee, district mayor of the Luohu District People’s Government, and secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group, appeared as a guest on the program "The Bridge of the People's Hearts." He discussed the district's efforts to accelerate the "Three Strengths and Three Districts" initiative and enhance residents' lives.

Inspired by the 2024 Government Work Report, Zuo outlined his vision. He emphasized leveraging new technologies, business models, and approaches to modernize Luohu's existing industries.

Zuo stressed promoting the high-end, concentrated, and international development of five key producer services and two major consumer services. He identified strategic emerging industries, particularly software, information technology, modern fashion, and healthcare, as crucial for fostering "new quality productive forces."

Furthermore, Zuo advocated for cultivating a vibrant scientific and technological innovation ecosystem. He proposed attracting innovative elements, nurturing leading enterprises within industrial chains, and fostering collaboration with universities, research institutions, and industry associations. These efforts aim to establish robust support for the development of new quality productive forces in Luohu through innovative platforms and initiatives.

Zuo also visited the Cuihu Cultural and Sports Park, engaging in casual conversations with residents to understand their aspirations and discuss the district's future development vision.
