Luohu holds exchange meeting spotlighting female development


An exchange meeting devoting to high-quality development of women's interests was held at Luohu District Shenzhen-Hong Kong Integrated Development and Exchange Center on Mar. 6, with social workers and experts from Shenzhen and Hong Kong gathering to have in-depth discussions on women's and household issues.
Stephen Yau, CEO of International Social Service Hong Kong Branch and chairman of Hong Kong Social Service Development Research Center, emphasized the commitment to serving women and children in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, leveraging the support of local women's federations.
Peng Yingjiu, member of the leadership group of the Shenzhen Women's Federation, underscored the importance of fostering innovation and providing support for families in the region, aiming to cultivate warm and harmonious households.
Additionally, the federation announced five key actions to advance household work integration and align with the district's broader development goals, echoing the "Three Strengths and Three Zones" initiative.
