Luohu launches Shenzhen-HK Singing Contest
Luohu successfully organized the preliminary round of the inaugural Shenzhen-Hong Kong Singing Contest at Teemall on Oct. 5.
The contest, hosted by the Luohu Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports, aims to foster communication between the participants from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, spark the two cities’ passion in music, and promote the integrated development of culture, business, and tourism. Luohu is dedicated to fostering innovative consumption formats and models for culture, sports, and tourism, thereby strengthening the local consumption market.
The contest, which commenced on Aug. 18, attracted a total of 933 participants from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. From them, 51 advanced to the preliminary round. Currently, 10 individuals and groups have qualified for the final round, scheduled to take place at Luohu’s IBC Mall on Oct. 28.
