An open day highlighting Luohu district’s high-quality industrial spaces commenced on Sept. 26, attracting approximately 100 participants. The event aimed to help improve the building quality and efficiency in the region, while also showcasing the district’s favorable business environment, supportive industry policies, and premium industrial spaces.
During the event, the Luohu High-Quality Industrial Space Alliance was established. Building owners and park operators signed a joint initiative to boost the high-quality development of the real economy, pledging their support to the district’s top enterprises.
The event provided a platform for communication between supply and demand, and combined government functions with market players, enhancing transaction efficiency and reducing costs relating to time and space constraints for businesses. Additionally, it looks to revitalize existing spaces, activate available resources, and unleash the potential of high-quality industrial spaces. It also aims to strengthen coordination efforts and guide the concentrated development of enterprises within the district.
