Shenzhen (Luohu) Popularization Month commenced at the Luohu Book Mall on Sept. 16.

Titled “Science Popularization Witnesses the Future,” the event, jointly hosted by the Luohu Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and the Luohu Science and Technology Association, aims to ignite public interest in reading and enhance scientific literacy among citizens. The event boasts participation from nearly 40 enterprises, entities, and social organizations across the district. A series of approximately 50 activities are scheduled to take place during the event.

In recent years, Luohu has prioritized science popularization resources, bringing high-quality activities to communities and cultivating an atmosphere of scientific enthusiasm and innovation. Notably, Luohu achieved remarkable success in the recently concluded fourth Shenzhen Science Popularization Achievement Exhibition, securing three second-place and one third-place prizes. The Luohu Science and Technology Association was also honored with the “Excellent Organization Award” for the second year in a row.
