The award ceremony of the qualifying round for the 15th China (Shenzhen) Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Competition and seventh Luohu Dawutong Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition took place on Sept. 12 in Luohu district.

The competition, in collaboration with colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, technology enterprises, industry associations, service providers, and investment and financing institutions, attracted a total of 647 projects. This represents a year-on-year increase of 24.42%, setting a new record.

To date, the competition has organized nine innovation and entrepreneurship service activities, drawing over 1,010 participants. In addition, more than 110 nurturing platforms and 120 policy interpretation institutions have participated.

Feng Jian, deputy mayor of Luohu district, emphasized the district’s commitment to optimizing long-term efforts in attracting innovation resources and nurturing high-quality technology and innovation enterprises. These endeavors aim to inject vitality into the district’s transformation and development.
