Luohu district launched the 2nd Charity Week and Community Charity Culture Festival at Honghu Park on Sept. 6.

The event, running from Sept. 1 to 15, aims to popularize community charity culture and encourage citizen participation. The ongoing Luohu Charity Week already covers 11 communities, with its community fund exceeding 6 million yuan (approximately $821,000).

The Sungang Subdistrict Office simultaneously organized a commonwealth fair at the park featuring 18 charity entities and 20 charity booths.
