The Luohu district government held a meeting on the morning of Aug 9, deploying four action plans on further expanding its industrial space, improving efficiency of its industrial parks, renovating its blocks, and reforming its grid governance format. 

Fan Defan, Luohu Party chief and head of the Luohu government, stressed at the meeting that if the four actions plans, which are all related to key areas of the district’s high-quality development, are well implemented, they could effectively help to prompt various breakthroughs to promote the district’s comprehensive socioeconomic development.
