Luohu enters Shenzhen-Hong Kong Culture Month
The opening ceremony of the Luohu Shenzhen-Hong Kong Culture Month was held at Luohu’s KingGlory Plaza on July 12.
The purpose of the activity is to attract more people from Hong Kong and the rest of Shenzhen to Luohu, helping them to experience the district’s fast development achievements, stimulate consumption, and strengthen the integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Over the following month, Luohu will organize more than 30 cultural and promotional sale activities, spanning fashion, food, and the arts, in its five major shopping areas across the district.
About 77% of the people who visit Shenzhen from Hong Kong enter the city via one of Luohu’s three ports, making it a district hub connecting Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
The 10 Luohu sub-district offices will hold 14 themed markets related to the event, including performances and art exhibitions.
