Symposium fostering Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development held
A symposium promoting integrated development of Hong Kong and Luohu district, Shenzhen, was held in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on June 7.
The two sides conducted exchanges on Luohu-Hong Kong planning, industrial collaboration, infrastructure connectivity, people's livelihoods, and cultural communications at the symposium.
The Luohu government also issued its second version of a service handbook for Hong Kong people in Luohu at the symposium, which outlines the district’s latest supporting policies to facilitate their life, work, and study in the district.
Before the symposium, Luohu government officials visited the Preparatory Office for the Northern Metropolis, the Home Affairs Department of the HKSAR government, the Hong Kong Planning and Infrastructure Exhibition Gallery, and KPMG (Hong Kong).
Focusing on the life of the Hong Kong people, the growth of Hong Kong enterprises, industrial integration, and other fields, Luohu has been adapting its Hong Kong-related policies to better promote Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development.
