E-commerce drives high-quality commerce development
In a biweekly news conference about Luohu held on May 25, Zhao Yuanshu, deputy chief of the Luohu Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, introduced some of the district’s latest measures and policies to support the high-quality development of commerce in the area.
She also disclosed her thoughts on how to promote cooperation between the service industries of Hong Kong and Shenzhen, support the development of key business circles, boost the construction of the e-commerce industrial base, attract e-commerce talents, and improve the business environment for e-commerce companies.
According to Zhao, Luohu provides various kinds of subsidies to promote the conglomeration of enterprises, the concentration of talents, and the evolution of new livestreaming business models.
The district attaches great importance to the cultivation of livestreaming e-commerce merchants, which includes talent incubation, training, evaluation, and other aspects, she said.
Luohu is taking practical actions to comprehensively optimize the business environment and ecology for livestreaming e-commerce.
Zhao pointed out that the district actively encourages the integrated development of livestreaming e-commerce and offline commerce and provides a maximum subsidy of 2 million yuan ($283,300) for regional associations and enterprises undertaking major internet marketing activities.
