The Luohu district government recently issued an action plan outlining 22 measures in 13 fields to foster a culture of integrity.
The action plan will explore and make good use of local historical allusions and cultural resources, and implement an all-round and multi-level clean culture strategy.
It will also integrate Luohu’s resources of cultural relics and former residences of celebrities, build clean culture themed parks, and further enhance the appeal of clean culture to cultivate a clean culture of integrity.
