Luohu held a work conference on high-quality development on Jan. 30.
Fan Defan, head of Luohu district, Liu Guangmin, head of the district’s political advisory body, and heads from other relevant departments attended the conference.
At the conference, the district government published a to-do list for this year and assigned work and projects to respective departments.
Fan put forward concrete requirements for the district government, demanding that civil servants in the district have the bigger picture in mind, maintain the right attitude, apply effective methods and pay attention to their performance evaluation.
According to the district government, Luohu aims to become a key zone of Shenzhen international consumption center, a pioneer in fostering Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development with resource distribution ability worldwide, and an international demonstration zone for modern service industry concentration.
