To better implement the phased measures that the Shenzhen municipal government recently released to stabilize the economy, Luohu district has issued guidance outlining which departments and who is responsible for implementing these measures.
The purpose of the move is to better serve the enterprises in the district and help them understand and make good use of the policies.
For instance, the policies encourage enterprises to expand production capacity by implementing flexible work shifts on the premise of ensuring production safety. For industrial enterprises whose gross industrial output value in the first quarter is more than 100 million yuan ($14.81 million) and whose growth rate is more than 15%, a maximum reward of 1 million yuan will be given to the enterprises.
The policies will also help companies expand their markets in consumer electronics, panels, chip manufacturing, and other industries.
The measures also cover other various fields including healthcare, exhibitions, construction, postal service and express delivery, tourism and digital RMB.
