The Luohu district congress of the Communist Party of China was held on Jan. 6.

At the plenary session of representatives of the Party members in the district, Luohu Head Fan Defan, who is also deputy secretary of the CPC Luohu Committee, delivered a work report on behalf of the Luohu district government on advancing Luohu's high-quality development.

According to the report, the district government thinks that the high-quality development of Luohu hinges upon the high-quality development of its industries.

It will release more land through urban renovation projects, roll out more support policies, further improve its services, and continue to provide generous subsidies to attract new investment as well as big-name and promising enterprises and talents to accelerate the formation of a modern industrial system, Fan said.

Representatives of the Party members in Luohu attending the meeting all spoke highly of the conference, saying that it gave them a clear to-do list so that they could concentrate on carrying out relevant projects.
