The Luohu district government portal website ranked first among the 489 district and county government websites surveyed in the 21st government website performance assessment.
Luohu is the only district that has won the honorary title for seven consecutive years.
The results of the assessment were released at a news conference organized in Beijing on Dec. 20 by the Center for Software and Integrated Circuits of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, who carried out the assessment.
The assessment uses systematic monitoring, manual sampling, expert ratings, netizen comments, and other methods to evaluate seven indexes of government websites: resource aggregation; data application; resource integration; resource transfer; appeal response; safety, operation, and maintenance guarantee ability; and exemplary innovations.
