The company, founded in 1982 and affiliated with Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the world's top-500 enterprises, builds residential buildings and public infrastructure. Its projects include Shenzhen Theater and Hongfa Temple.
Over the past four decades, the company has developed more than 100 projects covering an area of more than 20 million square meters, forming a business pattern of "real estate development, urban renovation, park construction and asset operation."
It has won more than 10 honorary titles and is recognized as one of the top 10 real estate developers in Shenzhen.
