Luohu introduced the district’s greenway construction, as well as the achievements it has made in the construction of four greenway projects, at a biweekly news conference held at a greenway rest station by the Wutongshan River on Nov. 22.

By the end of 2025, Luohu will have built 35 kilometers of greenways along 11 rivers, including the Shenzhen, Buji and Wutongshan rivers, and four reservoirs, including the Shenzhen and Yinhu reservoirs. These projects started in 2020.

These greenways integrate seamlessly into the urban and natural landscapes and promote harmonious co-existence between humanity and nature.

Greenway construction is a perfect example of Luohu’s efforts to build an ecological civilization.
