The 12th Shenzhen Technology Innovation Sports Meeting for Workers and 2022 Shenzhen Skills Competition – Skills Competition for Elderly Caregivers in Luohu concluded with complete success on Oct. 29.

The skills competition aims to build a platform for elderly care workers to exchange skills, pursue progress, and promote the development of the industry in Shenzhen.

The competition attracted more than 100 nursing workers and assistants from 38 units in the city.

Luohu has always attached great importance to the construction of the nursing staff for the elderly. It has effectively improved the quality of the nursing staff for the elderly and strengthened the construction of the professional team through skills training, skills competition and evaluation.
