The Luohu district government issued an implementation plan for 2022 and 2023 to accelerate the integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong on Oct. 20.
According to the plan, Luohu will expedite its upgrading of Luohu Port, build a service system for Hong Kong talents, and preparing for the main exhibition site of the 9th Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture (Shenzhen).
Acting on the needs of the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Luohu will do all it can to boost connectivity between Shenzhen and Hong Kong with infrastructure facilities, talent exchanges, flow of factors of production, industrial cooperation, public service integration, and cultural communication.
The implementation plan includes 45 concrete measures.
