An auction for the copyrights of film and television works on excellent traditional Chinese culture was held in Luohu on Sept. 25. 

Luohu hopes to develop the auction into an advanced digital auction and transaction platform for the country's artistic and creative works. 

The Guangdong International Auction Company will be relocated to Luohu after its mixed ownership system reform. The district government plans to take advantage of that as an opportunity to boost the development of its auction industry and market.
