The Luohu administrative service hall recently won a model district-level administrative service hall award conferred by the Guangdong Government Service Data Administration. 

The evaluation of the award focuses on four aspects: construction standardization, service standardization, service facilitation, and the intelligent application of data. A total of five city-level and 15 district-level administrative service halls have been rewarded model awards in Guangdong province.

The Luohu Government Service Data Administration opened the administrative service hall on July 6, 2020, giving full play to the leading role of the Party organization and the standardization and operation of the hall. This helped improve its efficiency and the experience of its visitors. 

A total of 92 windows were set up in the hall, which can handle a total of 1,358 matters related to 23 district departments and eight units affiliated to the city government in the district. Some can also provide one-stop services, saving people tremendous time and energy.

The hall processed more than 510,000 cases last year, among which 99.97 percent met people's satisfaction.
