Concerns about employment among people with disabilities addressed
The Luohu Disabled Persons’ Federation initiated a three-year pro-employment campaign for college graduates with disabilities earlier this year.
With in mind the needs of enterprises and graduates with disabilities, the federation has organized seminars to introduce employment policies and hosted job fairs to bridge the gap between potential employers and college graduates with disabilities.
It also provides whole-process employment guidance services for students.
The federation has so far helped more than 60 people with disabilities, including many college graduates, find jobs this year.
The federation said that people with disabilities are a group with special difficulties and who need special care and attention, and it will continue to promote employment and entrepreneurship among them.
