The main targets of the supports are enterprises, public institutions and agencies that carry out energy-saving and emission-reduction projects in Luohu, with the main purpose being to promote the projects of transformation for energy saving, contract energy management, green buildings, clean production, sponge city construction, etc. To be specific, the maximum support for taking the initiative to conduct transformation projects to saving energy is 1 million yuan; that for investing in contract energy management is 1 million yuan; the maximum available for supporting green buildings is 2 million yuan; the maximum fund for prefabricated buildings is 2 million yuan; that for projects of on-the-spot comprehensive use of construction wastes is 500,000 yuan; support is also available for the construction of charging facilities for new-energy cars, volunteer clean production projects passing the examination, energy audit and energy-saving assessment projects and green credit and loan projects, etc.
