“Shenzhentong” is a value card commonly used in Shenzhen for taking the bus, metro and purchasing goods in some convenience stores.

1.How can I bind WeChat mini programs of "深圳通 +(Shenzhentong+)”,“乘車碼 (Passenger Code)” and “深圳地鐵(Shenzhen Metro)” for online payment?

Step (1): Enter the mini programs of "深圳通+(Shenzhentong+)”,“乘車碼(Passenger Code)" and "深圳地鐵(Shenzhen Metro),” enter your phone number and corresponding validate code to login;

Step (2): The first time you use it, you need to bind WeChat password-free payment (deduction method: through WeChat "change" or a bank card that has been bound to WeChat), and you can see the payment QR code after the binding is completed;

Step (3): Please align the QR code with the scanner for the ride.

2.How can I buy a “Shenzhentong” card?

(1). You can buy it at the "Shenzhentong" customer service outlets, stations along the Shenzhen Metro lines, “Shenzhentong" convenience service station, as well as the convenience stores, community supermarkets, banking outlets and self-service card vending machines with "Shenzhentong" logo alongsome metro lines.

(2). Buy a deposit card with 20RMB as the deposit, which is refundable upon return of the card as required, and the souvenir card is priced and issued by Shenzhentong Company according to market demand.

Ⅱ. Metro

1. What are the lines of Shenzhen Metro?

Currently, Shenzhen Metro has opened and operated lines including Line 1, Line 2 (Line8), Line3, Line4, Line5, Line 6, Line7, Line9, Line 10, Line 11 and Line20.

Among them, the lines passing through Luohu are: Line 1, Line 2 (Line 8), Line3, Line 5, Line 7, and Line 9.

2. How can I inquire the metro information?

Approach (2): Buy tickets offline. Go to the metro customer service center for manual ticket sales or self-service ticket vending machines to purchase tickets. The payment method can be cash or Alipay, UnionPay card, or WeChat.

Ⅲ. Bus

1.  How can I viewthe bus information?

Approach (1): Use“高德地圖(AMAP)" or "車來了(Chelaile)” APP, then enter the bus number to check the bus schedule.

Approach (2): Enter the WeChat mini programs of "深圳通(Shenzhentong)” or “乘車碼(Passenger Code),” select “實(shí)時(shí)公交(Current Bus Service),” and enter the bus number to check.

2.  How can I take the bus?

Approach (1):

Use WeChat mini programs of "深圳通(Shenzhentong+)" or "乘車碼(Passenger Code),” then select "公交(Bus)" to scan QR code.

Ⅳ. Taxi

1. What are the charges for cab services?

Taxis in Shenzhen are the blue-white electric BYD vehicles. Taxi fare can be paid in cash, WeChat or Alipay. The taxi fare is composed of a starting fare of 10RMB, 2.45RMB/km, and waiting fee of 0.8RMB/min. From 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., the starting fare is 12RMB, and a 30% handling fee is added to the accumulated fare. If you need to pass through the highway to reach your destination, the corresponding toll should be included in the total fare.

2. How can I use online car-hailing service?

Download the APP or WeChat mini program to get the taxi hailing service (e.g. "高德地圖(AMAP)") - select type of service - confirm the boarding address - enter the destination - hail the taxis-arrive at the destination - pay the fare online.

Ⅴ. Shared bicycle

1. How can I use the shared bicycle?

Open an APP of shared bicycle or scan the QR code on the shared bicycle, to view the parking spots, bicycle borrowing and returning spots.

Reminder: No use time limit, no deposit, only available for borrowing and returning within the riding area, not city-wide borrowing and returning. When you return the bicycle, it must be parked in a dedicated area for shared bicycles.

2. What is the price of shared bicycle?

Riding fee: Starting fare: 1.5 RMB/30min (the service time less than 30min is counted as in 30min), fee for rental: 1 RMB/30min

Bicycle management cost: Parking at the non-parking point (P point) in the area requiring designated parking 5 RMB.

Reminder

Shenzhen Railway Station, also called Luohu Railway Station, is located at 1003 Jianshe Road, Luohu District. It is the southern starting point of the Guangzhou - Shenzhen Railway. Shenzhen Station is adjacentto Luohu Portand Luohu Station, the starting pointof Shenzhen Metro Line 1.
