Shenzhen ranks first nationwide in recruiting vehicle manufacturing positions
According to the "2023 New Energy Vehicle Talent Development Report," Shenzhen ranks first nationwide in recruiting positions in the field of vehicle manufacturing.
The report indicates that in 2023, the number of recruitment positions in the automotive industry increased by 5% year on year, with an overall growth of 32% in recruitment demand for new energy vehicles, and demand for technical positions was even bigger. Shenzhen accounts for 8.8% of the total recruitment positions in vehicle manufacturing. Following Shenzhen are Beijing and Shanghai, both with a recruitment position share exceeding 4%.
According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in 2023, China's automobile production and sales reached 30.161 million and 30.094 million, respectively, up by 11.6% and 12% year on year, respectively. China's vehicle production and sales volume has ranked first in the world for 15 consecutive years.
