Center set up to help enterprises tap RCEP dividends in Shenzhen
Shenzhen Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement Service Center was founded and put into operation on June 13.
According to the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the center will help Shenzhen enterprises know more about the tariff reduction and exemption policies and trade facilitation measures of the RCEP member states to boost foreign trade, and integrate them into the regional industrial and supply chains. It can also help enterprises combine high-end manufacturing and high value-added services.
Statistics show that Shenzhen’s trade with RCEP member states from January to May increased by 1.2% year-on-year to 353.94 billion yuan ($52.88 billion).
The center will integrate all available resources, keep enterprises updated with relevant policy information, organize training, provide foreign-related legal services, and give the enterprises one-stop service solutions to fully enjoy the RCEP dividends.
