Shenzhen launches first virtual talent industrial park
On Friday, marking the eighth Shenzhen Talent Day, Shenzhen Talent Group launched the city's inaugural virtual talent industry park, the Greater Bay Area Talent Innovation Park. Built to provide comprehensive talent and business services, this platform supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and innovation-driven businesses in various stages of growth.
Guided by Shenzhen’s Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Bureau, this virtual park offers extensive resources, including business registration, accounting, legal, financial, and talent services. The "Shenzhen i" mini-program suite, including "Shenzhen i Park" for enterprise services and "Shenzhen i Talent" for flexible employment, provides seamless access to job matching, legal aid, mental health support, and more for new economy workers.
The virtual park is anchored by the Greater Bay Area Talent Innovation Park as its core, with a one-stop digital platform linking multiple satellite hubs across Shenzhen, including Nanshan’s Nanhu subdistrict, Luohu’s Sungang subdistrict, and Bao'an’s Fuhai subdistrict. Each district hub tailors services to specific community needs, offering initiatives like employment stations and startup training sessions.
Strategic partnerships enhance the park’s services further. For example, the park collaborates with Deep Open Source Hongmeng for full-cycle support and works with Digital China for AI innovation in a new AI ecosystem center.
With AI integration underway, this platform promises to provide flexible and customized services to new economy workers, fueling Shenzhen’s commitment to creating a thriving ecosystem of innovation and high-quality employment.
