CIIE a platform for Shenzhen to promote investment and business
Shenzhen held an investment promotion fair in Shanghai on the sidelines of the ongoing 5th China International Import Expo on Nov. 5.
The agreements of several key projects have been signed at the fair, with a total intended value of over $4.5 billion.
The projects cover nutrition and health, technology and electronics, food and agricultural products, and trade in services involving goods and services.
Shenzhen actively organizes enterprises to participate in the CIIE to expand imports, promote industrial upgrading, meet the needs of people for better lives and promote the city’s reform and opening-up.
The city is committed to using the expo to foster exchanges between enterprises to help upgrade Shenzhen’s industry, trade and technology.
On Nov. 6, Shenzhen also held a forum in Shanghai on enterprise development on the sidelines of the CIIE to set the stage for dialogue between entrepreneurs from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta region.
