Recently, the housing provident fund management centers of Shenzhen and Zhongshan signed a cooperation agreement to promote the integrated development of housing provident funds between the two cities. This agreement marks a new stage in the mutual recognition and integration of housing provident funds between the two cities.
As of now, Shenzhen and Zhongshan have achieved interconnectivity in housing provident fund contributions, withdrawals, and loans. Additionally, they have established a dedicated service window, "Shenzhen-Zhongshan Service Window," and a special hotline to provide one-on-one targeted services. Over 20 services, including home purchase withdrawals, retirement withdrawals, and rental withdrawals, can now be processed seamlessly across the two cities.
As of June this year, a total of 801 transfers of housing provident funds have been completed between Shenzhen and Zhongshan, involving funds amounting to 8.92 million yuan.This integration facilitates smoother talent mobility, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances housing security levels for employees in both cities.
